The installed firmware version can be read out at the SINAMICS G module using parameter r0018 (internal version) or r0964 (complete device identification). From V4.7 SP10, a parameter r7844[1] is available to display the firmware version. The value contained in it, e.g. "04076807", corresponds to firmware version V4.7 SP14 HF4.
Note:
With this download, you can only upgrade SINAMICS products as from the following firmware versions to V4.7 SP14 HF4:
- from firmware V4.5 and higher: SINAMICS CU240E-2, CU240B-2, CU250D-2 and G120C,
- from firmware V4.6: SINAMICS CU230P-2, CU250S-2 and G110M,
- from firmware V4.7 SP3 HF1: SINAMICS ET 200pro FC-2,
- from firmware V4.7 SP10: SINAMICS CU240D-2.
