2. Overview

2.1 Overview This PLC library program is based on the Sinumerik 840Dsl (hereinafter referred to as SL) CNC system and designed using TIA software. It is also compatible with the Sinumeirk ONE system (hereinafter referred to as ONE system). Program blocks in the ONE directory are suitable for the ONE system, while program blocks in the 840DSL directory are suitable for the 840DSL system. To facilitate user use, this library file defines commonly used system signals and function block-related signals in the GlobalDB. Users need to adjust these according to their specific system. Example programs are also provided based on the GlobalDB signals, which users can modify according to their actual needs or directly interface with external I/O signals. This library file is not encrypted, and users can modify the program according to their actual needs. Since the program testing environment may differ from the user's actual usage environment, users need to repeatedly test each program block according to the actual situation before using it.
