TIA Portal example S7-project to program several SIWAREX WP241 in one project with S7-1200 CPU.

The    TIA Portal Project (15,5 MB) is based on the example project for S7-1200 in German, English and French. It has been extended in order to connect several SIWAREX WP241 belt scales to a 1200-CPU which is connected to a panel. This   pdf-file (1,4 MB) describes the procedure.

The example project/library contains the SIWAREX WP241 function block (multiinstance ability) for the S7-1200 Basic Controller V4x.

The .zip-file includes the following components:

• TIA Portal V14, V15, V15.1, V16, V17 and V18 project with SIWAREX WP241 - KTP 700 Basic - S7-1214 CPU

• TIA Portal V14, V15, V15.1, V16, V17 and V18 function block library for S7-1200 CPU V2.x, V3.x and V4.x

TIA Portal V14 Update 2 project with SIWAREX WP241 and directly connected TP700 Comfort Panel (Modbus-TCP-connection). It contains a visualization for operation of eight SIWAREX WP241 without SIMATIC CPU, which allows full commissioning and operation of all eight scales from one single TP700 touch panel.
The document describes how to adjust the project to another number of SIWAREX WP241 (< 8) in a fast and easy way.
