SINUMERIK ONE Hardware
To add further SINUMERIK components, such as the machine control panel or the PP 72/48 I/O module, to the hardware catalog, the corresponding GSD and GSDML files must be installed. Some of these are identical for TIA Portal and S7 Classic. The associated description must be observed.
The current versions of the device description files can be found on the Service&Support pages on the Internet. SINUMERIK peripherals: GSD/GSDML files:
The corresponding GSD/GSDML (here PP72/48-PN) is installed via Options / Manage GSD.
After the successful installation, the hardware catalog is updated.
SINUMERIK ONE PLC Basic Program V6.25.0.0
After the Toolbox installation, the global libraries contain the SINUMERIK ONE PLC basic program in the available versions V6.15, V6.22, V6.23, V6.24 and V6.25.
They contain the following copy templates from which the required blocks can be copied to the program blocks via dragand-drop.
SINUMERIK ONE PLC Basic Program for a complete new project.
Contains all required blocks for the full variant (31 axes, 10 channels), sorted into subfolders, as well as all required data types for DBs, MCPs and NC variables.
SINUMERIK ONE PLC Basic Program (upgrade) for a NC software upgrade.
Contains all know-how protected blocks for the full variant without the blocks to be changed by the user: FC12, DB5, DB75, DB78 and DB1001.

Unlike SINUMERIK Toolbox for STEP 7 V5.x, the user data blocks from the basic program are supplied from the Engineering System for the TIA Portal Toolbox:
